A technical role within the organization, this position is responsible for the escalated support and implementation needs of our customers. This relates to all technology including servers, cloud solutions, printers, networks and vendor specific software and hardware.
As a Solutions Engineer for Third Octet Inc., you provide technical expertise in implementation and support of our technology portfolio, specifically Citrix, Microsoft, and Cloud Solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. Your focus will be client engagements (project focus) in both pre- and post-sales capacities, working alongside Solutions Architects, Director of Professional Services, and dependent services teams.
The purpose of the Client Relations/Account Executive position is to increase the existing customer base for the company. Your primary focus will be to locate and qualify new prospects and grow existing accounts by generating interest in Third Octet Inc.’s services and solutions.
As a Service Desk Analyst for Third Octet Inc., you represent the technical front-line between us and the client and are responsible for triaging incoming service requests within the Service Desk team or upward to Escalation. Your focus will be on our managed service practice, including monitoring, continuity, and cloud service management and, where time permits, excel in updating your knowledge to advance to the project teams.
