This designation has two tracks: Enterprise and Small & Medium Business (SMB). Microsoft understands that some partners focus more on larger companies (Enterprise) while others, such as Third Octet, focus on smaller businesses (SMB). As such, they offer two paths to accommodate these different focuses.

Our journey to becoming a Solutions Partner for Modern Work SMB required us to demonstrate proficiency in three essential categories:

Partner Performance: This category assessed our ability to expand our customer base using Microsoft products. We demonstrated substantial growth in the number of workloads added to our customer base over the past year.

Skilling: This category evaluated our team’s skills and capabilities through Microsoft certifications. We are proud of our team members who have earned valuable certifications, including the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, among others.

Customer Success: This category measured our ability to enable growth in our customers’ use of Microsoft products or services. We’ve shown significant growth in active users and successful deployments of Microsoft products across our customer base.
